adhese builds smart adtech solutions for a cookieless future from its offices in Ghent (Belgium) and Wroclaw (Poland). The adhese platform enables media owners to monetize their media inventory and first-party data, and facilitates advertisers to reach their audiences efficiently in a simple way. 

The company is growing steadily and is seeking to strengthen its Wroclaw team with an experienced Integration (Implementation) Engineer with independent status (B2B) and solid Javascript talent. 

Summary

As an Integration Engineer you are part of our Support & Implementation team that ensures customer satisfaction by onboarding and training customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to the users of our cutting-edge AdTech platform.

Your primary responsibilities include providing effective system implementation, and applying your solid technical skills in resolving complex technical issues reported by customers or escalated by first line Support. Your main objective is to warrant an optimum customer experience through smooth technology operation.

Responsibilities

  • Functional/Technical Analysis: ensure our platform aligns with the customers’ business goals and technical specifications. Consult with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer expectations and conduct technical assessments to recommend ideal setup.

  • Implementation Planning: develop a plan to ensure smooth solution implementation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish efficient implementation planning.

  • Solution Implementation: drive end-to-end solution implementation and integration, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly.

  • Integration Validation: deliver solutions that work, by conducting thorough testing of integrations to guarantee functionality, performance, and adherence to specifications.

  • Technical Support: troubleshoot reported technical issues, offering solutions or workarounds. Replicate issues to gather information, consult with Technology team to structurally resolve.

  • Customer Communication: act as technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing clear communication regarding integration progress, incidents and resolutions.

  • Documentation: develop and maintain documentation for implementation processes and troubleshooting procedures. Advise training officer about updating training material and FAQ.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Experience as an Integration or Support Engineer in a technology or software-related industry.

  • Familiarity with AdTech and the digital advertising ecosystem is a plus – on-the-job training is provided to make you an expert in our platform, its associated processes and systems.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.

  • Solid knowledge is required in HTML/CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, XML/JSON, and SQL.

  • Experience with Bash, Python and command line is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Willing and able to work from our offices in Wroclaw two days per week.
