A high‑ownership and hands-on position in a trendsetting Belgian scale-up, with real responsibility and tangible growth impact, shaping demand and positioning for a unique data‑driven AdTech platform.
Job description
Drive commercial traction. Own the narrative. Build growth in a complex AdTech environment.
As Marketing & Growth Specialist, you play a key role in shaping how our AdTech platform is positioned, understood and adopted in the market. Starting from company objectives, you work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery to translate business priorities into clear, differentiated messaging and effective marketing actions that drive revenue and long‑term brand strength.
Our platform operates in a data‑driven, multi‑sided AdTech ecosystem, serving advertisers, publishers and partners with different goals, incentives and workflows. As Marketing & Growth Specialist, you help navigate this complexity and turn it into coherent positioning, effective go‑to‑market execution and tangible commercial outcomes.
You work end‑to‑end: from strategy and planning to hands‑on execution across content, campaigns, digital channels and marketing operations. You don’t stop at launching campaigns - you take responsibility for adoption, impact and continuous improvement, ensuring marketing efforts meaningfully support sales effectiveness, demand generation and profitable growth.
The Challenge
B2B marketing in AdTech is fast‑moving, data‑intensive and inherently complex. Our platform sits at the intersection of technology, data, commercial reality and long‑term positioning - within an ecosystem of integrations, performance metrics and evolving market expectations.
You don’t need to be an AdTech specialist, but you do need strong commercial intuition, technical curiosity and comfort working with data, funnels and CRM systems. You’ll regularly balance short‑term demand generation with long‑term narrative and brand building, while aligning closely with what the product can deliver today - and where it is heading tomorrow.
Comfort with ambiguity, prioritisation and trade‑offs is key.
What you will do
Own the marketing contribution to revenue, by translating commercial priorities into clear positioning, segment‑specific messaging and demand‑generation campaigns that create and convert qualified opportunities.
Enable Sales with strong, differentiated materials such as cases, pitch collateral, proof points and always‑on nurture programmes that improve sales effectiveness and conversion.
Define, maintain and guard a consistent external positioning, narrative and tone of voice across all channels, ensuring the platform is clearly understood and credibly differentiated in the market.
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the buyer journey, personally creating and publishing high‑quality B2B content such as website copy, newsletters, LinkedIn content, customer stories and product narratives.
Own and continuously improve key digital channels (website, email and LinkedIn) through practical SEO, CRO and content optimisation to drive relevance, engagement and conversion.
Act as functional owner of the CRM and marketing automation setup together with Sales, ensuring clean data, clear funnel definitions, effective workflows, dashboards and actionable performance insights.
Support go‑to‑market execution for product updates, launches, partner initiatives and customer stories by working closely with Commercial, Product and Customer teams, ensuring accuracy, alignment and impact.
Plan, execute and refine marketing initiatives hands‑on within a lean budget, coordinating external suppliers only where needed and continuously improving based on measurable results.

Proactive, pragmatic and able to prioritise (!) in a scale‑up environment with limited overhead.
Someone who feels accountable for commercial outcomes, not just activity or output.
Experience or affinity with Retail Media, Advertising Technology or digital advertising ecosystems, and an understanding of advertiser needs and performance‑based selling.
