adhese builds smart adtech solutions for a cookieless future from its offices in Ghent (Belgium) and Wroclaw (Poland). The adhese platform enables media owners to monetize their media inventory and first-party data, and facilitates advertisers to reach their audiences efficiently in a simple way.

The company is growing steadily and is seeking to strengthen its Wroclaw team with several experienced software engineers with independent status (B2B).

Summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer you are part of our Technology organisation, and play a crucial role in the development, maintenance and release of our cutting-edge AdTech platform. 

Your primary responsibilities include implementing DevOps practices, integrating operational aspects into the development process, contributing to system performance improvement, ensuring overall stability and streamlining software deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Automation: design, implement, and maintain automated processes for infrastructure to ensure smooth deployment and scalability. 

  • Monitoring and Logging: implement monitoring tools and logging systems to monitor the performance of the AdTech platform and proactively respond to incidents. 

  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): support development teams in optimising their build process using CI/CD tooling 

  • System Stability: work on preventing and reducing system failures by proactively identifying and resolving issues. 

  • Collaboration: collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices. 

  • Security: implement security measures and ensure compliance with security standards in all aspects of the infrastructure. 

  • Documentation: maintain documentation for system configurations, deployment procedures, and incident resolutions. 

  • Capacity Planning: analyse and plan infrastructure capacity to meet the growing demands of our AdTech platform.

Job requirements

  • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Software Engineer involved in devops deployment activities. 

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Puppet, Prometheus, Docker and Azure cloud computing platform. 

  • Proficiency with Linux systems, Git and GitHub workflows. 

  • Solid communication skills in English. 

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Capable and motivated to maintain comprehensive documentation. 

  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

  • Motivated to work from our offices in Wroclaw two days per week.
